How to make Green Chile Cheese Dip

One to two lb. ground beef (I prefer only 1lb., use little salt to season, but all of the pepper you want) the cheese will salt it,

fry with a half cup of chopped onion, drain.

Add the amount of green Chile you want, I usually use 15, roasted, peeled, seeds removed, chopped.

Then add the chopped green Chile to the burger and fry that together for about 15 minutes.

Add 3 large cans of cream of mushroom soup (the campbells does taste best for us) and one can of water, more or less but keep it kinda thick, then add a large/32 oz.

Velveeta cheese block that you’ve cut into small pieces, 1 lb. of grated mozzarella cheese, you can buy these by the bag, it’s easier, and then about a handful of grated regular Colby cheese, and stir, then stir occasionally for about 20 minutes or until all of the cheese has melted.

Serve with your favorite corn chips. I love it with Fritos scoops too.

Note:

The mozzarella, I use the smallest, already grated package of mozzarella in the store. It’s about a large handful.
