Creamy And Dreamy Pineapple Cheesecake

Ingredients

8 ounce package of Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

1 prepared graham cracker pie crust

1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained

½ cup sugar

2 cups cool whip whipped topping

Garnish:

Whipped cream

Cherries

Pineapple bits

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and the sugar until it forms a smooth mix

Fold in the whipped cream topping into the cream cheese

Pour the drained, crushed pineapple into the bowl and fold to combine

Pour the entire mixture into the prepared pie crust and smooth out

Decorate with piped whipped cream designs and cherries placed into the center of each dollop of whipped cream

Set in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours to fully set and chill or into the freezer for an hour.
