Grilled Chicken With Green Chile Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients:

8oz of pasta and drained

2 tablespoons of salted butter

cream cheese

finely minced garlic clove

milk

roasted , chopped green chile

1/2 cup chicken stock

grilled chicken

parmesan

Instructions:

Cook 8oz of pasta and drained (reserve a little water to smooth out your sauce)

While pasta in the colander, add 2 tablespoons of salted butter, 3 tablespoons of room temperature cream cheese, one finely minced garlic clove and about 1/3 cup milk and whisked over low heat until creamy.

Toss the pasta with this and top with green chile and grilled chicken.

Prepared roasted, chopped green chile with finely diced onion and garlic,

Heat this with about 1/2 cup chicken stock. Of course, add Parmesan on top, but it’s actually delicious as prepared. Use spices of your choice.
