How to make Green Chile Chicken Soup


1 onion, chopped

1 cup celery use leafs, chopped

1 hatch green chile

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp minced garlic

5 cups hot water

2 tbsp chicken flavored powdered bullion

1 can stewed Diced Tomatoes

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of white instant rice

Sautee onion, celery, green chile in olive oil for 10 minutes

Add minced garlic

Simmer it for 30 minutes on med/low

Stir a few times
