Pep Dip
Ingredients
blocks (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
10 ounces of pepperoni, thinly sliced
⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained of excess liquid
1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning blend
Instructions:
Beat the Cream Cheese
Place all softened cream cheese blocks into a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or spoon to stir until the texture is smooth and lump-free.
Process the Pepperoni and Peppers
Add the sliced pepperoni to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Then add the drained pepperoncini slices and pulse again until everything is well blended into small, uniform bits.
Combine the Mixture
Transfer the pepperoni and pepper blend into the bowl with the cream cheese. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Chill and Serve
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled with crackers, veggies, or bread.
