How to make Breakfast of Champions Pasta E Fagioli

I have no recipe but I never use meat or if I do its more of an American Goulash than Pasta e Fagioli

I do it all by eye

Ingredients:

3-4 cups of water

3 tsp chicken bullion

Can of diced tomatoes

2 cans of cannellini beans undrained.

1 TBS paste

1/4 carrot Small diced

1/4 of a celery stalk

A bit of diced onion

Salt pepper garlic

Instructions:

Bring to boil simmer for 30 min

I bring back to a boil and I throw my ditalini pasta in and cook till Al dente.

I prefer my pasta to be cooked within the soup. Unlike some that prefer to cook pasta separate.
