Green Chile Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

½ c Butter

green chile chopped

3-5 tbs garlic(I go with 5)

1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp Pepper

2 c Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Sauté the garlic and green chile in the butter, slowly pour the cream in, bring to almost a boil and slowly add the cheese as stir it in.

Once melted, season with pepper.

Double this sauce recipe.

Add it to the cooked ravioli and add a bag of defrosted mixed seafood.
