Notes:

Consistency: Ensure that the mixture of graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, and crushed Butterfinger bars is well combined to achieve a uniform texture. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more melted butter or peanut butter.

Size of Balls: Using a medium scoop helps keep the size of the balls consistent, but you can adjust the size according to your preference. Just be mindful that larger balls may require more time to chill and set.

Chilling Time: Chilling the balls before coating them in chocolate helps them hold their shape and makes dipping easier. If they become too soft while handling, return them to the refrigerator briefly to firm up.

Melting Chocolate: Use a double boiler or microwave to melt the chocolate candy coating, stirring frequently to ensure it’s smooth and free of lumps. Avoid overheating the chocolate to prevent it from becoming too thick.

Crushed Butterfinger Coating: Rolling the chocolate-coated balls in additional crushed Butterfinger candy adds extra crunch and flavor. You can use a food processor to crush the Butterfinger bars into fine pieces for even coating.

Parchment Paper: Lining the tray with parchment paper prevents the treats from sticking and makes cleanup easier.

Storage: Store the Butterfinger Treats in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for a few days or refrigerated for longer shelf life.

Variations: For a different flavor, you can experiment with other types of candy bars or add nuts to the mixture.

Decorations: These treats can be customized for different occasions by using various decorations or colored sprinkles.

Allergy Considerations: If making these treats for someone with peanut allergies, consider using a peanut butter alternative or nut-free spread.
