Strawberry Sheet Cake

Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup butter, softened, and unsalted

2 eggs

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp vanilla

½ tsp baking soda

1 cup buttermilk

3 tbsp strawberry gelatin mix

2 ½ cups flour

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
