Slow Cooker Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients

2 pounds baby potatoes, gold is best, quartered

2 cloves minced garlic

8 slices cooked bacon, chopped

¼ cup sliced green onions

3 cups cheddar cheese

1 tbsp Paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Sour Cream for garnish

Instructions

Step 1:

Cook and chop the bacon

Wash the potatoes and quarter them

Step 2:

Line the slow cooker with aluminum foil and then lightly spray the foil

Place half of the cut potatoes into the cooker and top with half of the cheese, half of the garlic, ⅓ of the bacon and half of the Paprika.

Step 3:

Then sprinkle with some salt and pepper if desired.

Repeat step 4 with the remaining ingredients

Step 4:

Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top and add the chopped bacon and ¾ of the green onion

Step 5:

Cook for another 20 minutes, until the cheese melts

Before serving sprinkle with the remaining green onion and a few sprinkles of chopped bacon.
