Olive Oil Marinated Mozzarella Balls

Ingredients

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped

12–14 bite-size fresh mozzarella balls

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped basil, stirring until well blended.

Add the Mozzarella

Gently place the mozzarella balls into the marinade and toss until evenly coated.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Serve

Serve chilled or at room temperature, accompanied by crusty bread for dipping.
