⅓ cup of freshly chopped green onions
2 pounds of frozen hash browns
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
16 ounces of sour cream
1 packet of Ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with a good non stick spray
In a large bowl mix together the frozen hash browns, crumbled bacon, sour cream, green onions, 1 cup of cheese and the ranch seasoning mix
Stir to combine well
Put the mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake covered for 45 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil cover, sprinkle on the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
