Impossible Ham And Swiss Pie

Impossible Ham And Swiss Pie
Ingredients
2 cups cooked ham, cut into small cubes
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup yellow onion, finely diced
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups full-fat milk
1 cup baking mix (such as biscuit mix)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions – Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Evenly spread the diced ham across the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle the chopped onion over the ham, then add the grated Swiss cheese on top.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and biscuit mix until smooth.
Add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
Carefully pour the egg mixture over the ham, onion, and cheese layers in the pie dish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, the pie is ready.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
