Feta And Spinach Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

2 tubes of crescent roll dough

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled

3 ounces Baby Spinach, freshly chopped

2 ounces black olives, finely diced

1 egg beaten

¼ tsp Red Pepper flakes

Pinch of salt and pepper if desired

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350*

Place the spinach and the black olives in a bowl

Add in the Mozzarella Cheese, Feta Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, salt and pepper

Toss together to completely combine

Unroll the crescent roll dough and divide into triangles

Using a spoon, place a spoonful on the wide end of the triangle

Roll the crescents and place them on the prepared cookie tray

Brushed with the beaten egg

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

Serve immediately or at room temperature
