Cream Cheese Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

8 oz. Cream cheese

3 C. Shredded chicken

2 tsp. Minced garlic

⅓ C. Chopped green onions

1 C. Cheddar cheese shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

10 Corn tortillas

Oil for frying

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Place the cream cheese, chicken, minced garlic, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan over medium heat.

Cook and stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.

Fry the tortillas for a minute or two on each side until golden, and then remove to drain on a paper towel-lined rack.

Roll the filling up in the fried tortillas, and place them seam side down in a 9×13 baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
