How to make Corned Beef Soup

It turned out really tasty, and was so easy to make.

A box of beef broth, an onion cut into chunks and the corned beef brisket all thrown into the slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

I didn’t use any other herbs or spices because the meat is already very flavourful.

I used a low sodium broth since the meat is salted.

Came home, boiled some pasta and peas and combined in a bowl with the broth, some meat and onion.

I have lots of leftovers, which I will portion and freeze.

Then just cook the pasta and veggies next time and add the rest.
