Cheesy Korean Corn

Ingredients

2- 15 ounce cans Sweet Corn, drained

⅓ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp granulated sugar

3 tbsp butter, unsalted

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

1 green onion, sliced thin

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat

Add the corn, butter, mayonnaise, and sugar. Stir together well until the butter has melted

Once the mix is bubbling, sprinkle the cheese over the top

Heat the broiler on low, and place the skillet under the broiler and let cook until the cheese and topping begin to turn golden brown

Serve with a garnish of Green onion
