Ingredients

1 ½ tsp garlic salt

1 tsp granulated sugar

2 cups all purpose flour

1 package dry active yeast

¾ cup warm water

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp butter, salted preferably

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded or grated

2 cups Italian blend cheese, shredded

Parsley for garnish

Marinara for use as a dipping sauce

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, using a whisk combine the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.

Slowly add in the warm water and stir, mixing until you form a dough

Knead the dough for one minute, using your hands

Form a ball with the dough and place into an oiled medium sized bowl.

Cover with a clean towel and let sit on counter for one hour or until the dough has doubled in size

Preheat the oven to 425*

Roll the dough out on your pizza tray

Melt the butter in a microwave and add in the Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder

Spread on the dough using a pastry brush

Sprinkle the buttered dough with the two types of cheeses in an even manner

Sprinkle the parsley on if you are using it
