Ingredients:
2 pounds Beef Short Ribs
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
6 ounces tomato paste
½ cup white vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tbsp salt

Step 1:

In a bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, water, tomato paste, brown sugar and vinegar until completely blended
Pour the sauce mix over the ribs in the crockpot
Step 2:
Cook on low setting for 8 hours
Remove the ribs and shred the meat
Remove the bones and put the meat back into the crockpot
Step 3:
Toss to coat the meat entirely and serve immediately
