Chicken Soup with Fresh Ginger And Turmeric

Ingredients:

8 drumsticks or a whole chicken.

2 boxes of chicken bone broth.

3 medium onions.

3 zucchini.

8 carrots.

3 celery sticks.

1 Small package of green beans.

1 bulb garlic

3 inch fresh ginger root

2 inch fresh turmeric

3 tbsp of coconut oil

1 oz. Apple cider vinegar (not white)

3 tbsp Himalayan sea salt

A pinch of cayenne pepper

1 buch of cilantro.

Instructions:

I just kind of throw everything together.

I add the zucchini and cilantro 30 minutes before its done.

The cilantro is good to remove heavy metals from the body.

You can tweak it anyway you want, and it will still taste good.

The ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper is so good if someone has a head cold, or sinus issues, that’s why I add it.

I add fresh cracked black pepper once it’s done to help activate the turmeric.
