Georgia Knockout Dip

Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, at room temperature

1/3 cup sour cream

2–3 green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup mild (tamed) jalapeños, drained and coarsely chopped

1/2 cup peach preserves

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

A pinch of cayenne pepper

2–3 tablespoons peach preserves (for topping)

Instructions

Soften and Mix the Base

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat or stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy with no lumps.

Add the Flavor Ingredients

Mix in the diced green onions, chopped jalapeños, peach preserves, onion powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly blended.

Transfer to Serving Dish (Optional)

Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or dish if you’d like a cleaner presentation.

Add Topping (Optional)

Gently spread a few tablespoons of peach preserves over the top for an extra layer of sweetness and a glossy finish.

Chill Before Serving

Place the dip in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up slightly.

Serve and Enjoy

Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or pretzels for dipping.
