Teriyaki Baked Salmon

How to make Teriyaki Baked Salmon


4 Salmon Filets

1 green onion, sliced for garnish

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish


¼ cup Orange juice

⅓ cup Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp Water

1 tbsp grated ginger

2 tsp Garlic, freshly minced

1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

½ tbsp flour

1 lemon, juiced


Preheat the oven to 400*

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, enough to cover halfway up the sides

Place the Salmon filets in the baking dish

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients well

Pour the sauce over the Salmon Filets

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes

Garnish with a sprinkling of Sesame Seeds and sliced green onion, after spooning the sauce over the filets
