Ingredients:

500 grams of elbows

1 chicken stock cube

3 thick slices of turkey ham

3 thick slices of pineapple

6 pieces of celery stalk

1½ cream

2 large tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions:

We start with the pasta, for this we boil water and dissolve the chicken broth , later we add the elbows and cook them al dente.

Cut the pineapple, ham and celery stalks into small squares .

Mix the cream and mayonnaise well until smooth, add a pinch of salt to taste.

Once the pasta is ready, strain it and let it cool ; when it is cold, mix it with the ham, celery and pineapple already cut; stir until everything is evenly distributed.

Pour the cream to the pasta and mix everything well , so that the cream covers all the pasta and the rest of the ingredients; then let it rest in the fridge until serving time.
