Snickers Fudge


1/3 cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2/3 cup peanut butter, divided

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 stick butter

1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package caramels

1.5 cups salted peanuts


Line a 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray it with non-stick spray.

Microwave butterscotch/peanut butter chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and half of the peanut butter until melted.

Pour half of the mixture into the pan and chill it.

Simmer butter, sugar, and evaporated milk, then boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add marshmallow cream, remaining peanut butter, and peanuts. Spread over the chilled layer.

Chill the pan to set the peanut layer.

Microwave caramels with water until melted.

If needed, microwave the remaining mixture to soften. Pour over the peanut layer.

Chill again until fully set.

Cut into 1-inch squares, serve, and enjoy the delectable Snickers Fudge!
