Savannah Shrimp Dip

Savannah Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

5 oz sour cream

3 Tbsp prepared horseradish

1 Tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp dried parsley

12 oz cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely minced (or pulsed in a food processor for a smoother consistency)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Crackers or preferred dippers, for serving

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

Stir in the horseradish, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper until fully combined.

Gently fold in the finely chopped shrimp (or processed shrimp for a smoother texture).

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve chilled with crackers or your favorite dippers.
