Red Lantern Cheese Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces spreadable sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise (use real, full-fat for best flavor)
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried minced onion
A splash of milk (to adjust consistency)
A small handful of bacon bits
Instructions:
Place the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried onion, and a splash of milk into a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Stir in the bacon bits, or pulse briefly if you prefer them blended in.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve cold with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
