Olive Nut Spread

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup pecans, finely chopped

1 cup salad olives (green olives with pimentos), finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive juice

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.

Chop the pecans into small pieces.

Finely chop the salad olives (green olives with pimentos).

Step 2: Combine the Mixture

In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, chopped olives, and olive juice.

Stir until the ingredients are evenly blended into a smooth, creamy spread.

Step 3: Chill

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 4: Serve

Once chilled, serve the Olive Nut Spread with crackers, fresh vegetables, or use it as a sandwich filling.

Step 5: Store Leftovers

Keep any remaining spread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
