Ingredients

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 bell pepper diced

1 cup grape tomatoes halved

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies drained

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 (10 ounce) can Campbell’s condensed Creamy Poblano and Queso Soup

¾ cup milk

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 pound elbow macaroni (you can use any kind – I prefer elbow or cavatappi), cooked and drainedseasoned salt to taste (I like to use Johnny’s)

Instructions

Step 1:

In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Add in the diced pepper, tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic salt.

Cook until the diced pepper is tender (about 3-5 minutes).

Step 2:

Add in the can of soup and the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 3:

Remove from heat and add in the shredded cheese.

Stir until the cheese has completely melted.

Step 4:

Add in the macaroni, and stir until it is completely covered.

Add in season salt to taste.
