Ingredients:

– 1 pound mild Italian sausage

– Approximately 30 frozen meatballs ( most of the carbs are found here- 1 carb per meatball )

-Two onions- chopped or julienned

-One yellow bell pepper, chopped

-Five or so large mushrooms, chopped

– 2 to 3 cups slaw mix

– One cup, sliced radishes

-Five stalks of celery, chopped large

– 6 cups chicken bone broth, or any broth

– Parmesan cheese, I used approximately half a cup freshly grated

– Heavy cream – optional- I used 1/2 cup

– 3 cups baby spinach, chopped

– 2 to 4 tablespoons of butter or bacon grease – salt and pepper

– Garlic powder

– Onion powder

– Cayenne pepper

– Ajika Georgian seasoning blend

– Kinder’s crunch blend ancho chili oil with crunchy onion and garlic ( not very spicy)

-Chicken bullion to taste if needed

– Scallions or green onion to top

Instructions:

I partially sauteed the onions and peppers first then added the sausage. Then added the bone broth and the rest – I par boiled the radishes just to not have red liquid then added to soup.

I added the slaw mix and spinach at the end
