Ingredients

2 containers (16 oz each) of sour cream – rich and creamy base for the dip

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dip seasoning mix – adds zesty, herby flavor

2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles, drained – for mild heat and depth

1½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese – a melty mix of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and more

2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes – for a subtle kick of heat and color

Mix It Up

In a large bowl or serving dish, combine the sour cream, ranch dip mix, drained green chiles, shredded cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly blended.

Chill for Best Flavor (Recommended)

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the dip thicken slightly. This step enhances the taste and texture.
