Chicken Tenders Made With Doritos

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and cut into strips

2 cups of Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed

2 tbsp milk

2 eggs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400*

Line a baking tray with parchment paper

Placed the crushed Doritos into a shallow dish

In another shallow dish combine the milk with the 2 eggs and whisk together

Dip each chicken strip into the egg and milk then into the crushed Doritos

Be sure the Chicken strip is completely covered

Place the strips onto the parchment lined baking tray

Using an oil spray, lightly spray each of the chicken strips

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
