How to make Cheeseburger With Bacon Crock Pot Dip

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, (or meat of your choice)

10 ounce can of Rotel, diced tomatoes with chilis

2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed

6 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon

1 tsp parsley

Instructions

1 pound ground beef, (or meat of your choice)

10 ounce can of Rotel, diced tomatoes with chilis

2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed

6 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon

1 tsp parsley

Instructions

Step 1:

Cook the ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink

Drain the meat and place into a large skillet

Step 2:

Over low heat add the cheeses, tomatoes and the bacon. Do not drain the tomatoes, and save a little of the bacon for garnish

Cook and stir frequently until everything is cooked and heated through

Step 3:

Pour all the mixture into a 2 quart crock pot and set to cook on low for 2 to 3 hours

Step 4:

Stir in the parsley and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top
