Charcuterie Dip

Charcuterie Dip

Ingredients

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, for a rich and smooth dipping base

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, for tangy sweetness and depth

Salami, cut into small cubes or bite-sized pieces

Mozzarella cheese, cubed for a soft and creamy texture

Cheddar cheese, cubed for a sharper cheesy flavor

1 garlic clove, finely minced, for savory aroma

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, for herby flavor and balance

Instructions

Cut the salami, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese into small, similar-sized cubes so every bite has a balanced mix of flavors.

In a serving bowl or shallow platter, add the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Stir the mixture well until the oil, vinegar, garlic, and herbs are evenly combined.

Add the cubed salami, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese to the bowl.

Gently toss everything together until the meat and cheeses are lightly coated in the seasoned oil and balsamic mixture.

Let the dip sit for a few minutes so the flavors can blend.

Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, breadsticks, or toasted crostini.

Enjoy this easy, savory charcuterie-style dip as an appetizer or party snack.
