Mini Cheeseballs

Ingredients

Cheeseballs:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

2 tbsp butter, salted and softened to room temperature

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp Horseradish

1 cup white Cheddar Cheese, shredded (you may substitute any flavor of cheese you would like)

Toppings:

Green Onions

Bacon Bits

Chopped Cranberries

Slivered Almonds

Chopped nuts

Pretzel or Bread sticks

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and the cream cheese until combined well

Add in the Worcestershire Sauce, Horseradish and the shredded Cheese. Combine well

Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for one hour minimum

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set to the side

Use a medium cookie scoop, or a 1 tbsp scoop to scoop the cheese mix into your hand

Roll into a ball and place n the prepared baking tray

Once all cheese is rolled into balls, roll each into a topping. Vary the toppings you use so they are not all the same, unless done so by choice

Cover and place into the refrigerator on a flat surface

Stick a breadstick or a pretzel stick into each cheese ball before serving
