Cheddar Olive Dip
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 oz sour cream
1 (6 oz) can sliced green olives, drained and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, sliced and well-drained
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream and mix until fully combined and silky.
Stir in the chopped olives, roasted red peppers, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the flavors.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue mixing until everything is fully incorporated. Transfer the dip to a serving dish if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and develop.
Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, chips, or use as a flavorful spread for sandwiches.
