Creamed Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
Creamed Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 (8-oz) package chipped dried beef, finely chopped if needed
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
3 green onion stalks, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish, optional)
Salt, to taste
Ritz crackers, for serving
Instructions
Combine the Cream Cheese and Beef
Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped chipped dried beef and the chopped green onions.
Mix with a wooden spoon or hand mixer until everything is evenly blended.
Season the Mixture
Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir until the seasonings are fully incorporated.
Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed—some dried beef is already salty.
Shape the Cheese Ball
Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
Wrap it tightly, then gently form it into a smooth ball using your hands.
Chill Until Firm
Refrigerate the wrapped cheese ball for at least 20 minutes, or until it firms up enough to hold its shape.
Serve
Unwrap the cheese ball and transfer it to a serving platter.
Garnish with extra chopped green onions if desired.
Serve with Ritz crackers or your favorite dippers.
Enjoy!
