Christmas Vegetable Spread

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature

¼ cup finely chopped carrots

½ cup finely chopped celery

2 green onions, trimmed and finely sliced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1. Prep the Vegetables

Place the chopped carrots, celery, and green onions into a food processor.

Pulse several times until the vegetables are finely minced into small, even bits—stop before they become a paste.

2. Mix the Spread

In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, the pulsed vegetables, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Stir or beat the mixture until everything is fully combined and smooth.

3. Chill to Set the Flavors

Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or jar.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the spread to firm up slightly.

4. Store and Serve

Keep spread refrigerated and use within 7-10 days.
