Ingredients

1 ½ ground beef, lean

16 ounces pasta,

1 small yellow onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, freshly minced

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can condensed Tomato Soup

1 cup of milk

½ tsp Paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried Parsley

Instructions

Step 1:

Cook the pasta according to the directions

Preheat the oven to 350* and spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray

Step 2:

Place a skillet over medium heat and saute the garlic and the chopped onion in the Olive Oil

When the onion is slightly translucent add in the ground beef and brown completely, Sprinkle with the salt and pepper

Drain the pasta and return to the pot
