Crab Seafood Salad

Ingredients

8 ounces raw shrimp, then boil and give an ice bath

8 ounces imitation crab meat

½ cup diced celery

3 tbsp diced red onion

½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 lemon, cut into fourths

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp lemon juice

1 ½ tbsp Fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Add water to a saucepan, add the quartered lemon and salt. Bring to a boil

Add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Immediately place into a bowl of ice and water.

Drain the shrimp and pat dry with paper towel

In a bowl, place the imitation crab meat, the shrimp, seasoning, onion, celery, salt and pepper and the dill, along with the mayonnaise

Toss carefully to coat all

Garnish with fresh dill and parsley
