Provolone cheese – 1 cup, grated
Crescent roll dough – 2 packages
Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
2. Sauté the vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and both bell peppers.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly caramelized.
3. Cook the steak
Move the vegetables to one side of the skillet.
Add the beef strips to the open space, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until the meat is browned and fully cooked.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and toss everything together.
4. Form the crescent ring
On the prepared baking sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the pointed tips facing outward to create a ring.
5. Add the filling
Spoon the steak and veggie mixture evenly around the base of the dough.
Sprinkle generously with provolone cheese.
Fold each pointed tip over the filling and tuck it underneath to seal.
6. Bake until golden
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown.
7. Finish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Ideal for parties, game day, or a comforting family dinner.
