One Pot Chicken Rigatoni

Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Italian Seasoning

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp garlic salt

1 small yellow onion, minced

1 tbsp garlic paste

Salt and pepper to taste

1 jar Ragu Pasta Sauce (24 ounces)

24 ounces Chicken Stock

1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese

½ cup Parmesan cheese

16 ounces Rigatoni pasta, uncooked

Parsley for garnish

Instructions

Using a Dutch oven, add the Olive oil, chicken pieces, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and garlic salt and the onion powder

Cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through

Add in the onion and garlic paste

Let simmer for another 5 to 7 minutes

Carefully add the Chicken stock and the Pasta sauce and stir to combine

Add in the uncooked pasta and stir again

Cover and cook until the pasta is cooked to taste.

Add in the mozzarella cheese and stir

Top the dish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese

Place the cover back on until the cheese melts

Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parsley as a garnish

Serve hot and enjoy!
