Ingredients:

2 C chicken broth

1/2 cup dry white wine

4 tbsp butter

2 C chopped onion

1lb mushrooms

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp thyme

2 tsp dill

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 C whole milk

3 tbsp flour

1/4 C sour cream

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
