Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops

1 ½ tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp mustard

¼ cup honey

1 to 2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp dry mustard powder

Instructions

Step 1:

In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard and the mustard powder and mix well

Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet on medium high heat

Step 2:

Carefully add the pork chops to the skillet

Season each pork chop with garlic

Step 3:

Cook each pork chop on each side for 3 minutes

Brush honey mustard sauce on each pork chop

Step 4:

Continue to cook the pork chops for an additional 5 minutes, flipping once more and cooking another 5 minutes

Remove from the skillet and set to the side for 5 minutes
