Crusted Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless Chicken Breasts, pounded even

1 cup shredded Provolone Cheese

Marinade:

½ cup Olive Oil

½ cup prepared ranch dressing

3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vinegar

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Garlic minced

Ranch Spread:

¼ cup Ranch Dressing

¼ cup Parmesan, grated

Parmesan Crumb Topping:

½ cup Panko bread crumbs

⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1 tsp Garlic Salt

2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

Mix together the Olive Oil, prepared Ranch dressing, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, black pepper and minced garlic

Pour this over the chicken and place into the refrigerator. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours

After two hours, grill the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, turning over one time.

While the chicken is on the grill, make the Ranch Spread or Parmesan Crumb Topping

For the RANCH Spread: Mix the ¼ cup Ranch Dressing and ¼ cup grated Parmesan, Set to the side

For the Parmesan Crumb Topping:

Mix the butter, garlic salt, shredded Parmesan and breadcrumbs

Transfer the Chicken to an oven safe baking tray. Spread 2 tbsp of Ranch spread on each Chicken breast

Top the Chicken breast with the Parmesan Crumbs and Provolone

Place the baking tray under the broiler and broil the chicken until the cheese melts and the crumb topping turns golden brown

Serve immediately
