Creamy Chicken Ranch

Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 cups baby carrots

6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1 can Cream of chicken soup

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

½ cup milk

Parsley as a garnish

Instructions

Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting into chunks

Layer the potatoes and carrot in the bottom of a crockpot

Place the chicken on top of the vegetables

In a bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup and the Ranch seasoning mix

Add in the milk and mix completely

Pour this mixture over the top of the Chicken and the vegetables

Place the cover on and set the Crockpot on high

Cook for 5 hours

Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving
