2 avacados

6 tomatillos

1 jalapeno (optional)

1 handful cilantro

1/2 c crema mexicana

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp chicken bouillon

1 tbsp salt

2 limes juice

1/4 w onion

Instructions:

Boil the tomatillos and jalapeno (you can add more for spicier salsa or none if you dont want heat) In blender put all other ingredients.

Boil tomatillos about 10 min.

Add them to blender along with about a cup of the water.

Blend well, taste for salt.
