Chile Verde With Rib Tips

Ingredients:

2lbs of pork ribs tips

8 red jalapenos

10 tomatillo

salt

4 garlic cloves

half of an onion

cilantro

cilantro

cumin

sazon perfecta

garlic powder

chicken broth

Instructions:

I boiled 8 red jalapenos(they weren’t hot) 10 tomatillo’s until soft.

Blend the tomatillos and jalapenos with 1 TBSP of salt, 4 garlic cloves, half of an onion, handful of cilantro, tbsp of c, 1 tsp of cumin, until smooth.

Now in batches I Browned 2lbs of pork ribs tips in a hot deep skillet without oil(the rib tips have plenty of fat)I seasoned them with 4 TBSP of sazon perfecta all purpose seasoning, 3 TBSP of garlic powder.

Fry until Brown, now pour your salsa verde over the meat, add 1 cup of chicken broth stir and cover.

Cook on medium high heat until the pork is tender
