Chicken Recipe From The Amish

Ingredients

8 pieces of Chicken, skin on and with bone

Salt and Pepper as desired

1 cup flour

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ cups water

1 ½ cups heavy cream

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350*

Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish

Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper, in a medium bowl

Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture

Place the chicken skin side up in the prepared baking dish

Whisk together the water and the heavy cream

Slowly pour the liquid over the chicken in the baking dish

Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly, and the chicken is golden brown
