Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

10 medium size

1 stick butter

onion,

celery

carrots

ham

2 cups chicken broth

cheese

Instructions:

Cook the amount of potatoes you want ( I usually use about 10 medium size), drain saving water, set potatoes aside.

In same pan add 1 stick butter and saute diced, onion, celery, carrots and diced ham using the amount you desire.

Add flour for thickening then slowly

Add about 2 cups chicken broth stirring and then

Add saved water until its the consistency you want then

Add potatoes and cheese (I use velveeta).

Make it as cheesy as you want.

Season with salt and pepper.
