Caramel Granny Smith Apples

Ingredients

6 Granny Smith Apples

Caramel Sauce

Instructions

Wash the Granny Smith Apples and remove the stem

Cut each Apple in half lengthwise

Use a spoon to hollow out each of the Apples, leave about ¼ to ½ inch oc the apple

Using a muffin tin that is placed upside down, place the halved apples on the tray.

This will hold them and stop them from rolling around and the caramel spilling out

Pour sauce in each Apple half

Place the tray into the refrigerator to chill the Caramel Sauce until it hardens

Slice each Apple half into wedges and serve
